IDK whats going on, as it used to be a reliable & speedy location Now even at 9:30 am the drive thru is backed up. As I went inside , it was not spiffy or clean at all.

I've spent a lot of money here. Love the Mocha Ice Capp, toasted everything bagels with garden veggie cream cheese, and the panini's. Their doughnuts could be better overall but I don't really eat doughnuts in the first place. Fast service too.

Some of the girls on the weekday morning shift should practice listening to each other over the speaker. No customer wants to hear that the associate is not interested in serving them, or would rather not be here, hates her lot in life...you get the idea. I don't need a golden invitation to drive through, or a silver platter; a less hostile greeting would be enough. They are quick, and accurate, so that says something. You can always count on the quality of the coffee as well.

I can't even think up a clever way to say how much I hate their doughnuts. Everytime I get a doughnut from Tim Hortons I tell myself never to go back, and today, I found myself ordering a Maple Dip and a Chocolate Dip (face it, they'll never change!) and ofcourse it doesn't fail - - It completely sucked. It's dry, fluffless (is that even a word?!) stale, and it tastes like it's been sitting in an old cardboard box back in the storage room. The "dip" is nothing but fake maple and chocolate. Shoots, for all I know it's probably just water and powered sugar with a good food colorist on shift. Gross. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! (i wish there was a "no star" option.)

Fast service in the morning !! The staff is very polite and often funny on the speaker- great way to start off my morning! The manager Stephanie is the best!!! The construction lately has caused it hard to get in but I still go!!
